We’re here to help
Quick answers for accounts, scheduling, cloud sync, backups, and Apple subscriptions. Find the steps you need to get back to caring for pets.
In Pet Workspace on iPhone, open More → Account & sync to sign in or request a password reset. On iPad, open Settings → Account & sync.
On iPhone, open More → Back up now. In Backup ready, choose Save backup file, then save it to Files. On iPad, use Save backup in the sidebar. To restore, choose Restore backup and review the file before confirming. Backup & storage contains recovery and storage tools.
Check Spam, Promotions, and All Mail, then request one new message. Always use the newest link because older links expire or become invalid after use.
Confirm both devices use the same Pet Workspace email address, then check Account & sync. If it says Needs review, changes exist on both devices and sync has stopped to avoid overwriting them. Back up the copies you want to keep before choosing Use cloud copy or Keep this device. If you’re unsure which copy is current, contact support before choosing.
On iPhone, open More → Subscription & preferences and tap Restore Purchases. On iPad, open Settings from the sidebar, then Subscription & preferences. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Open Calendar and tap Month or Week. Month uses a separate color and initial for each pet; tap a date to see its full agenda. Week shows seven days with large visit cards, maps, recorded payment status, overlap warnings, and Open Visit. Tap Today to return to the current date.
Tap the pet photo to enlarge it, then tap Edit photo. Drag or pinch directly on the image, or use the large zoom, whole-photo, fill-square, rotate, center, and movement controls. Cancel and Use photo remain visible while you work.
The JSON backup includes clients, pets, bookings, visit types, checklists, business records, reference screenshots, and embedded pet photos. If a synchronized photo cannot be included, Pet Workspace stops the export instead of presenting a partial backup as complete.
In the app, go to More → Account & sync → Delete account (Settings → Account & sync on iPad). This permanently removes the account and its cloud content. Export anything you want to keep first. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings.
The app keeps the core workflow available on your device. Cloud sync, verification email, subscription checks, and some backups need a connection.
